The record's division maintains all Stephens County Sheriff's Office records. They are responsible for open records requests and processing all SDA applications. Open record requests should be submitted to the Records Division for processing.

Search Fee of Non-Automated Archived Files and/or Reports $10.00 per half hour.

Fees for report and video redactions are $38.00 per hour and billed in 15-minute increments.

Records can also be paid for with credit card with a $2.00 convenience fee.
